Trade enquiry

One route in for every commercial question about our kitchen boiling and chilled water taps — distribution, manufacturing under your own brand, or a straight technical question about a kitchen you are drawing this week.

We answer by email only. We reply by email, Monday to Friday. Nothing on this page publishes retail pricing, and no commercial term is binding until it is confirmed in writing per model and per order.

Send us the details

The more of this you fill in, the more useful the first reply is. We would rather send you a drawing set than a round of questions.

Or write to [email protected]. We reply by email, Monday to Friday. We use your details to answer your enquiry — how we handle your data.

How we reply

  • By email, from a person who knows the product. Technical questions go to the engineering side rather than to a sales script.
  • No phone line, on purpose. We cannot staff one in your working hours, and a number nobody answers costs more trust than it earns. Everything is written down, which also means nothing gets misremembered.
  • Certification stated model by model. The position for each tap and machine model is being confirmed in writing. Tell us your market and we email you the current status rather than a sitewide badge.
  • Terms in writing. Anything commercial is confirmed in writing per model and per order, never verbally.

What to tell us

  1. 01

    The market you sell into

Country or region, and roughly the kind of kitchen customer — retail showroom, developer, contract fit-out.

  2. 02

    What you are configuring

Boiling only, or boiling and chilled together. The two are separate machines under the sink and they are quoted separately.

  3. 03

    Which tap bodies interest you

Model numbers if you have them: 14001, 24012, 13001, 12001. If not, tell us the look and the spout height you need over the sink.

  4. 04

    Where it is going

The destination market decides which approvals matter, and Australian units carry a different brass specification.

  5. 05

    Your role in the chain

Buying for your own showroom, for a dealer network, or specifying on behalf of a kitchen client.
