We build the kitchen tap. A local partner fits it.

NLB is a manufacturer. We make the boiling and chilled water tap and the machines that sit under your kitchen sink — and we do not sell or install direct to households. Leave a postcode and we introduce you to the authorised installation partner who covers your area. They survey the kitchen, quote, install, and support it afterwards.

How it works

Four steps, and only one of them is ours

We have no installation or service network of our own outside the factory, so we do not pretend to. Everything that happens in your kitchen is done by a partner we have appointed, trained and supplied.

  1. 01

You leave a postcode and an email

Nothing else. No phone number, no address, no survey form to fill in.

  2. 02

    We match your area

Your details go to the authorised NLB installation partner covering that territory. If we have not appointed one there yet, we tell you so rather than passing you to whoever is nearest.

  3. 03

    They survey your kitchen

Cabinet space, power and water pressure are checked on site. The partner quotes for the tap, the under-counter machines and the fitting work.

  4. 04

They install it and look after it

Servicing, filter changes and any warranty claim go through your local partner. Our factory warranty stands behind them: three years on the tap, two years on the machines.

Introductions

Find your local kitchen installation partner

Two fields. We reply by email with the partner covering your area, or tell you honestly that we have not appointed one there yet.

We pass what you enter here to someone else. The postcode and email you submit are sent to an authorised NLB installation partner covering your area so that they can contact you about your kitchen. They are a separate company and become responsible for your details from that point. Read how we handle your data before you send it. If you would rather not be passed on, email us instead at [email protected].

We reply by email, Monday to Friday. We publish no retail pricing on this site — your local partner quotes for supply and fitting.

Before you plan the kitchen

Three things worth checking early

Your installer confirms all of this on site, but if the kitchen is still on paper it is much cheaper to allow for it now than to discover it on fitting day.

The full dimensions, the cabinet arrangement and the drawing set live on one page, written for the person doing the fitting. Send it to your kitchen designer or your plumber.

Cabinet figures are calculated from the individual module drawings. A combined under-counter layout drawing from the factory has not been issued yet, and we say so on that page rather than rounding the numbers.

Who is responsible for what

Straight about the split

  • Answers specification questions by email.

Your local installation partner

  • Installs, commissions and hands the kitchen back to you.
  • Handles servicing, filter changes and any warranty visit.

Are you the installer rather than the homeowner? Kitchen showrooms, plumbing and water-treatment specialists and fitting companies apply through the Founding Distributor Programme.
