Our own factory

We build one product family end to end: the instant boiling tank, the chilled water machine, the filter stage and the kitchen tap that brings them to the worktop.
It is all made in our own factory in Taizhou, China, and the same lines currently manufacture for well-known kitchen brands in the UK, USA, EU and Australian markets.

We tool and build it ourselves
The tap bodies, the under-counter boiling and chilled machines and the filter stage are made on our own floor. Specification questions are answered by the people who set the tooling, not by a trading office relaying them onward.

The same lines produce for well-known kitchen brands across the UK, the USA, the EU and Australia. That work stays unnamed here — it is theirs, not ours to advertise — but it is why the quality baseline is a brand baseline.

Distribution partners buy from the factory. There is no importer margin and no agent stacked in the middle, which is what makes a serious kitchen display programme affordable for a first-year partner.
What we make
One product family,
built end to end
Instant boiling water at 98°C, chilled filtered drinking water, and the normal hot and cold a kitchen already has — delivered through a single tap on the worktop by two under-counter machines and a filter stage. We do not spread ourselves across a catalogue. This is the only thing we build, and it is the reason a kitchen showroom can ask us a hard engineering question and get an answer the same week.

Factory photography — being shot
You will notice there are no production-line, pressure-test or inspection photographs on this page. We have not yet photographed the floor to a standard we are willing to publish, and we will not use stock or generated imagery to stand in for it — a buyer who later walks the factory should recognise every picture we showed them. The shoot is scheduled; the images will appear here when they are ours. Until then, trade visitors are welcome and drawings, dimensions and the current model-by-model certification status are all available by email now.

The United Kingdom, Ireland and Australia are where we are appointing our own authorised partners. We do not sell direct to households in any market: installation, survey and on-site service belong to the partner who covers that territory, and our warranty sits behind the product they fit.
