The factory

One roof, start to finish

A boiling and chilled kitchen tap is not one product. It is a tap body, two under-counter machines and a filter stage that all have to agree with each other. When those are split across three suppliers, the brand owner ends up arbitrating between them. Here they are drawn, tooled, assembled and tested on the same floor.

What we make

Taps, machines,
filter stages

Every tap leaves the line with a child-safe self-returning cartridge, a precision ceramic cartridge and a Neoperl aerator.

How a programme runs

Enquiry, drawings, sampling, production

  1. 01

    Enquiry

You tell us the product, the market it sells into and what you have today — a sketch on paper is a perfectly good start. We come back with what is feasible in our factory and what is not.

  2. 02

    Drawings

We produce or review the 2D and 3D drawings, agree materials, finish, cartridge and aerator specification, and confirm which approvals your market needs on which part.

  3. 03

    Sampling

Tooling where the programme needs it, then a pre-production sample for you to hold, install and test in a real kitchen before anything is committed.

  4. 04

    Production

Assembly, in-line testing and packing under your brand. Quantities, scheduling and every commercial term are confirmed in writing per model and per order.

Your drawings stay yours. A body shape or a handle developed for your programme is not offered to anyone else, and it is not quietly added to our own kitchen range. That is written into the programme rather than promised on a call.

Approvals

Approvals attach to a model, never to a whole range. The WRAS, CE / CB and WaterMark position is being confirmed in writing model by model, including which company each certificate is registered to, and we publish a model only once that is on paper. Tell us the market and we email you the current status. For Australia the brass specification differs and is quoted separately. Certification scope.
